Cancellation & Refund Policy
- > Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
- > No cancellations will be accepted once the shipment is dispatched.
- > Refunds are subject to case review and valid proof.
Risk Coverage & Claim Policy
- > Risk coverage must be opted for during booking. No coverage = no claim.
- > Claims must be reported within 72 hours (or 12 hours for vehicles).
- > Items must be listed and valued in the packing list for eligibility.
- > Minor cosmetic issues and self-managed unloading are not claimable.
Electronics & Furniture Damage Policy
- Only external damage is covered; internal faults (engine, AC, etc.) are excluded.
- Compensation is based on repair or depreciation-adjusted value.
- No claims for AC gas leakage, minor scratches, or unlisted items.
Data Privacy
We collect only the data required to complete your relocation. Personal information is kept secure, used responsibly, and never sold.
